Orders and Payment
You can reach out to us on live chat located at the bottom right corner of the page. Our pharmacist/representative usually responds within 10 mins, depending on the queue.
You can do so by adding the item of your choice into the cart or click on the purchase button on the product page which will direct you to the checkout page.
Select the preferred payment method and shipping fee will automatically be calculated at the end of the checkout process :).
Return or exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
(a) products are damaged or defective at delivery; or
(b) products delivered are not the same as products ordered; or
(c) products received are expiring in the next 3 months or have expired.
Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to you together with receipt as proof of purchase.
We currently deliver to Malaysia only (both East and West).
Delivery charges is at RM8.00 per order. Free shipping applies on all order above RM80.
We are currently using GDEX.
Pick up option is currently not available. We encourage our customers to stay home and have items delivered to their doorstep.
We currently only deliver by courier service and will make collection at our store available in the near future.

Within Penisular (outside Klang Valley) ---> 2-3 working days
Sabah & Sarawak ---> 5-7 working days
